In the last Insights article, we talked about the Forté Communications Style Report, which is the gateway to the Forté Communications Intelligence (CQ) toolbox. Today, I would like to share the next step in the Forte Process, which accounts for more than 80 percent of our Dallas-based server farm traffic.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a tool that helped you understand how to best communicate with your colleagues? The Forté Interaction Report is a valuable tool in building and maintaining relationships and teams. It helps two people communicate more effectively to accomplish common goals in a positive and productive way. The report details each person’s communication style and outlines how he or she can best work together. Most importantly, it highlights potential areas of misunderstanding and how to overcome them. The objective of the report is to create a direction and measurement for the development of a positive, trusting relationship. The first step in building understanding of one’s strengths is the Forté Communication Style Report. This is the natural second step to building an understanding of another person’s strengths and how we as individuals balance with each other.
